X-bone Applications

At present the network is allowed to transmit messaging and surveillance data applications between the X-bone members only. Other applications, such as ATS voice over IP, will be allowed in near future. Concept and design of the future X-bone are going to be developed during 2014.

AMHS

ATS Message Handling Service - an aeronautical application using store and forward mechanism for transmission of messages.

OLDI

On-Lined Data Interchange - another aeronautical application uesd for coordination and transfer of flights between the ATC centres.

Radar data

Data from secondary surveillance radars exchanged between ANSPs with a goal to improve radar coverage effectivelly.
